Must it End?

Are you sincere or insecure?
With all my fear I just can't be sure
I feel the weight of worlds without end
but oh so light this weight of 'friend' - tell me when shall this end?
For all good they say has to end
I wish I was sure and not afraid,
my intentions pure but I seem to fade
...back into this spiralling feeling
I am positive and I am waiting
