Errors mar my pretty face and I believe without a trace my dreams will seep out of my mattress each night
There will be not a sliver of hope inside of my leather quiver of woes and nothing can shoot me back to home
I will harbor the enemy of me which happens to be the only thing I can fear at all which has always been illusions
I might wake from restless sleep and stare me down in a mirror and realize I'm doomed and realized I am confused
I will cry these hopeless eyes out and not understand what it's about and look at myself and see there is nothing left
I will carry the weight of distant dreams like mountains bursting at seams echoes reminding of things I failed at
I will drift to and fro in sea of despair and slide under these walls and not know how to care and when I wake up
I won't see me anymore, no I won't see me.........but a tragedy

Magic and a Tragedy
tragic it seems now; not that it ever never seemed so, tragic that is
and magic it was once; not that you ever liked me so, with magic
and here lies my heart;
stone cold and old now it seems
never seemed another way though, did it?
and you never did understand it
sadness is all I know; not that I ever never knew happy, but so long
and precious was us once; not that it ever mattered to you, or will
and there goes my hope;
fell like a stone and dead it seems
never seemed another way to you I guessed it
and you'll never ever get it
but it's all poetry now
tragic; it's a tragedy now and so you never ever got another memory
quite like magic; never like we were once, all magic and a tragedy
and there lies my heart;
stitched, shuttered, and boarded up
feels sorta' dead to me now it seems
ever once it was another way wasn't it?
I'll just never understand it

A Sad Poem: "Little Boy"
"Little Boy"
Little boy who dances
not the drummer from the song
This one stands tall, head high, all wrong
He never got a chance
Little boy who answers
pleads a favor of the strong
but this one fails, and breaks, all wrong
She never had the answer
It's a tragedy
But who's to blame
The dream giver or dreamer
or the one who ran away?
Little boy who reaches
not so young this time around
asks for nothing but the impossible ground
to carry her feet
Little boy who understood
all the pain and the let downs
knowing the miles of ground
would never make her bleed
It's a tragedy
But who's to blame
The dream giver or dreamer
or the one who ran away?
Her failing and breaking make it all wrong
And who can cross the distance
To save a boy without a chance?
It's a tragedy
But who's to blame
The dream giver or dreamer
or the one who ran away?
or the one who ran away?
Little boy who dances
not the drummer from the song
This one stands tall, head high, all wrong
He never got a chance
Little boy who answers
pleads a favor of the strong
but this one fails, and breaks, all wrong
She never had the answer
Only the dreamer
She was only the dreamer
Such a tragedy
And who's to blame?
The dream giver or the one
the one who ran away?
